I have lived and worked in Austin since 1993. I earned my real estate license in 2003 and joined Horizon Realty in 2010. I earned the recognized Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation in 2006, the e-PRO (ePRO) Technology Certification in 2008, the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) Certification in 2012, to better serve my clients’ needs. I have enjoyed a successful career and earned several certificates of excellence and awards. I have worked with a wide variety of clients from first time buyers, to move-up buyers, to investors. My knowledge of the real estate market, my negotiating skills and my ability to listen to my clients’ needs and desires have kept me ahead of my competition.
