Linda Holmbeck is a fourth-generation Austinite with over a decade of residential real estate experience. She holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and has been a licensed Realtor since January, 2001. Linda provides her clients with extensive knowledge of the Austin and Central Texas area and she commits the time, expertise and attention needed to help her clients achieve all their real estate goals. Her main objective is to help her clients make the right real estate choices and establish friendships in the process.
Linda is an expert negotiator focusing on buyer’s representation, listing marketing, new construction sales and relocation. She enjoys working with a wide array of clients ranging from first-time home buyers to move-up buyers and retirees, as well as clients relocating or purchasing second homes. Linda is a determined and creative problem solver who is energetic and fun to work with.
Linda is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) with specialized training on the unique needs of home buyers. She is also a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). Linda makes it a priority to focus on your goals, to explain your options and to provide excellent service in order to ensure a positive home buying or selling experience.
Linda is a licensed Realtor with Horizon Realty. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog, Toby, traveling and relaxing with family and friends. Linda’s other hobbies include movies, music, wine-tasting and exploring small Texas towns.
