Profit Sharing That Goes A Step Beyond.
Horizon Realty has gone a step beyond to promote the broker/agent relationship
by creating a profit sharing program to provide a secondary, long term source of
residual income that rewards agents for referring other agents to Horizon Realty.
For every agent that a current agent Horizon agent refers and Horizon Realty sponsors,
the current agent receives a percentage of the referred agent’s sales commissions and
a percentage of every agent that is referred by the referred agent (up to three levels).
